Old ways of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace have traditionally supported the 1 in 6 employees experiencing challenges. But, what if instead of waiting for people to be suffering and taking a reactive approach, we were able to focus on awareness, education and empowerment of ALL (6 out of 6).
